How the Motonita Booking Fee Works

When you book a motorbike on Motonita, you pay a flat 10 MAD platform fee at checkout via YouCan Pay (card or Cash Plus). This fee covers payment processing, in-app chat, identity verification, and platform operations. It is the only fee Motonita charges renters — there is no commission on the rental price itself.

The rental price is paid directly between you and the agency, in cash or by card depending on what you agree. Agencies pay Motonita a flat 50 MAD confirmation fee from their prepaid wallet when they accept your booking; that is the agency's only cost too.

The 10 MAD platform fee must always be paid upfront — never in cash on pickup. This is a non-negotiable rule that keeps payment data safe and the marketplace fair for every agency.
